Vineyards
The grape fields of the Enterprise are located in the same latitude with Trieste, Milan and Lyons; it is approximately 46 ° of latitude north of the equator. They occupy an area of 2,500 hectares in three winemaking zonules of Odessa Region on the Black Sea coast.
Rozovka
Belongs to the Elephantine geological system with characteristic clay and sandy bases. In the prolific layer podsol, usual and southern chernozems prevail. The humus layer does not exceed 25 cm. The soils productivity quality indicator is high.

Dolinka
The soil and climatic conditions are similar to those of Rozovka, however spring and autumn fogs do not get in Dolinka, therefore the probability of fungous diseases is lesser here.

The vineyards are at a distance of 30 km from Rozovka, on the western slopes of the Elevation that divides the channels of the drying rivers of Sarata and Kogilnik. |
The culture of wine growing in Rozovka and the vicinities of Sarata was established by German colonists in 1811–1815. In the rare edition «Encyclopaedia of Winemaking and Wine Growing of Russia» by M. Ballas, 1910, mentioned are varietal wines of the Rozenfeldskaya, Saratskaya, Katarzhinskaya and Kasselskaya colonies.
The Soviet wine growing also used the advantages of soils and climate of the locality. In 1956 — 1966 the whole area between the valleys of the rivers Sarata and Khadzhider was occupied by the vineyards of two specialised state farms-factories.
The area of the grape plantings is 650 hectares. The vines of classical European varieties clones, the direct sires, prevail. The average age of the plantings is 7 years.
Bolshaya Dolina (Velikodolinskoye)
The culture of wine growing in Bolshaya Dolina (formerly called Grossliebental) was established by the German colonists in 1815. In 1890–1916 the nurseries of Karl Rotte, the scientist and practician well known in Odessa, were located here.
Referred to Elephantine geological system with characteristic clay and sandy bases. Podsolic, usual and southern chernozems predominate in the fertile layer. The humus layer does not exceed 30 cm. The soils crop-producing power is high.

Variety Structure Of Vineyards
The Frantsuzky Bulvar ТМ is one a few trademarks in Ukraine possessing its own source of raw materials with a big range of varieties: Cabernet-Sovignon, Merlot, Saperavi, Bastardo, Chardonnay, Pinot group, Sovignon, Rkatsitelli, Fetyaska, etc. Besides the classical French vines over 50 % of the plantings belong to the regional European varieties and the varieties met only in the south of Ukraine. This allows achieving excellent results in making blends of wines in this locality.
