Brut Champagne

This champagne is made with the use of champagne manufacturing method of at least one year old Sovignon variety wine and young Aligote, Rkatsitelli and Fetyaska wines.

This wine race harmonically combines the odours of meadow flowers nectars, freshness and ripeness. The pricking «frost» of its blisters enhances perception of specialty dishes. Black caviar, fresh molluscs cooked on fire, tender light meat of birds (pearl-hens, pigeons or partridges), chicken Kiev with a sauce of white mushrooms, soft cheeses with a creamy shade or baked fish dishes are perfect gastronomic companions for brut, the king of champagne.

Sugar content 1,5%. Strength 10,5–12,5% vol. Bottle 0,75 l.

Brut Red Sparkling Wine

The wine is made according to the champagne manufacturing technology from an ensemble of European classical varieties of Cabernet, Merlot and Bastardo. A complex coupage and a special production technology have joined a pleasant velvet touch and intense aroma with mature fruit tinges. A gulp of this wine is like fireworks of taste given by a ripe berry that discharges in the mouth.

It is the only champagne wine fitting the spicy meat cuisine and legally remaining on the table while many dishes are replacing each other. Roast mutton, fish and grilled birds, meat salads, medallions with mushrooms and roast flounder. Any dish but marinades, pickles and heavy desserts seems wonderful accompanied with brut red sparkling wine.

Semidry

Semidry champagne is made according to the champagne manufacturing technology from at least one-year-old wine of Sovignon variety grapes and young Aligote, Rkatsitelli and Fetyaska wines with the use of liqueur made on the basis of over five-year-old cognac spirit.

The aroma of the fruits heated by the sun and the tinges of melliferous flowers nectars are distinctly felt in the wine. It breathes like the southern steppe and brings coolness of the close sea.

The wine is a universal gastronomic partner of European and Asiatic cuisine. Sushi and goose with apples, shrimps and crabs, cheeses, sheep cheeses, white sauces and sweet souffle — all these harmoniously combine with a gulp that sharpens pleasure.
